崗位職責(zé)：
BASF has been a committed partner to Great China since 1885, with large production sites in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Chongqing. Currently with an investment of up to US$10 billion, the new integrated site in Guangdong will be BASF’s largest investment and ultimately BASF’s third-largest site worldwide, operated under sole responsibility of BASF. BASF will install a steam cracker with a planned capacity of 1 million metric tons/year of ethylene and more than 40 process plants, which produce innovative and consumer-oriented downstream products, providing supply chain service is vital for the success of the new Verbund site.
     A strong transportation management and local distribution operations are important for the success of the new Verbund site. Based on customer, OD and Verbund site requirements, transportation management and local distribution operation services will be performed in an effective and efficient way for raw materials, finished goods. A high standard for In-time delivery, seamless operations, compliance, and safety are key objectives of this position. Especially EHS policies have to be strictly followed.

Surface Transportation and local distribution network management
1.Check delivery orders and related order info adequate for transportation scheduling 
2.Plan and create surface transportation shipments, optimize transport routes and shipment combinations whenever applicable
3.Synchronize dispatch schedule and shipping date, transportation transit time and unload schedule with BU CSO, site logistics, LSPs (logistics service provides) and customers, trouble shooting for delivery conflicts
4. warehouse management, incl. GR, GI, relabel, repack, write-off, ensure all related SAP MM timely and correctly
5. Conduct stock taking periodically to ensure inventory consistency between system and physical
6.Handle logistics expense costs management 
7.Insurance claim for transportation damages and losses
8.Manage daily delivery list and perform transportation track & trace and response to customer inquiries

LSP management:
1.Monitor and manage LSPs operation as per agreed KPIs
2.Raise functional requirements for TM 

NCM and continuous improvement:
1.Resolve service provider relevant NCM complain with necessary root cause investigation and counter measurements
2.Continuous SCO improvement
3.Identify and analyze drawbacks / risks and work out feasible solutions
4.Take corrective and preventive actions as agreed upon with logistics management
5. Follow up ERP implementation project

EHSQ responsibility
1.Responsible for safe behavior in accordance with company and unit specific EHSQ objectives, policy, procedures, and work instructions.
2.Actively participate in company EHS training plan
3.Support and monitor TDS requirement conformance

Teamwork
1.Support the leader to handle transportation operational problems/difficulties solving
2.Support the leader to develop and improve ISO document /working instruction and ensure QM compliance in daily operation of the team 

Compliance
1.Comply with the respective national laws and generally accepted business practices consistent with laws.
2.Comply with all respective cooperate guidelines

?	College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
?	About 1 or 2 years working experience in logistics or supply chain; Working experience in   chemical industry preferred.
?	Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
?	Skillful in software of excel, word and PowerPoint.
?	Experience in SAP operation preferred.
